Now hiring a Tax Manager for a CPA firm just outside of Minneapolis. This is a direct hire opportunity! In this role you will be the first reviewer of complex client returns and help develop newer associates through training and collaboration.

Duties include:
- Primary reviewer of complex business and individual tax returns
- Active role in training and developing of Tax Associates within the department
- Work in a variety of industries including manufacturing, distribution, hospitality, retail, non-profit, etc.
- Develop strong relationships with clients to enhance longstanding business
- Identify and capitalize on business opportunities with current clients while networking to attract new clients
- Continued education and research
Requirements
- EA or CPA required
- Bachelors in Accounting
- 8-10+ years of tax experience working in federal compliance
- 2+ years of management experience (within public accounting preferred)
