The Minneapolis Pro Staff office is working with a dental company in Minneapolis in a search of someone who is great at phone communication! As an Outreach Specialist, you will be responsible for reaching out to individuals that have not been to the dentist in a long time and seeing how they can help them find the resources that they need to get dental care. Much of this role will be figuring out the barriers people face while trying to get dental care such as transportation, insurance, or a communication barrier.

The Outreach Specialist will be scheduling transportation for individuals, transferring people to translators, and helping people find government assistance. This is a year long contract role with the opportunity to get extended. 

Qualified candidates will:

• Have excellent communication skills, specifically over the phone
• Be okay with repetitive work
• Have great customer service
• Have previous experience working with phones (Call center experience preferred!)
