Atterro is currently looking for Field Service Assemblers for a year long project in Odessa, Tx.  

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: • Use of hand tools, power tools, and electronic diagnostic equipment • Perform job duties in a safe and efficient manner. • Must meet required production rate expectations. • Must adhere to company policies and procedures • Understanding of equipment repair manuals • Performs other functions/duties as required. • Must be willing to travel for extended periods of time. • Basic computer skills i.e. Microsoft office word Microsoft office excel • Self-motivated individual with a high regard for integrity. • Able to support existing on call schedule, overtime may be required
Skills: • Must have experience with heavy mechanical, some electrical service, and mechanically inclined with the ability to trouble shoot, diagnose, inspect, advised, and repair. Must have the ability to learn and work independently    • Ability to use of hand tools, power tools, and electronic diagnostic equipment • Must have understanding of equipment repair manuals • Ability to monitor and stimulate maximum efficiency and productivity to minimize problems and downtime   Essential Requirements:  • High School education or equivalent. Experience: • 4-5 years of industry experience required Preferred Skills: • Caterpillar 3600 & CM 34 Engine Experience • Possess a strong mechanical background with working knowledge of the operation and maintenance requirements for natural gas compressors and auxiliary equipment.   Special Characteristics/Job Requirements: • Must have a proven safe driving record. • Outdoor work required with exposure to elements. • Driving, walking, standing frequently arm/wrist/hand movement. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. • Travel Required
