Our Education department has an exciting opportunity for an ingenious part-time eLearning Specialist to develop interactive clinical online learning courses. We work hard, innovate, and always strive to produce the best product possible. 

Job Responsibilities and Details Include:

• Be our instructional designer within our eLearning team to create dynamic interactive clinical online learning content. Our team consists of clinical SMEs, a project manager, an eLearning developer, a photographer, videographer, and voiceover talent
• Solve clinical training needs and knowledge gaps with eLearning
• Use instructional design models, adult learning theory, and multimedia learning theory to create engaging and meaningful clinical eLearning for nurses
• Use eLearning authoring tools to make updates to and produce eLearning projects 
• Collaborate on the creation of patient education materials, including written documents and videos
• We are open to remote employment, we ask that you are available for team meetings in person or via video
• Work about 20 hours per week with flexible scheduling

Desired Skills:

• Knowledge of instructional design theory, adult learning theory, and design thinking 
• Desire to push the boundaries and continue to innovate with each online learning project
• Ability to write clear and engaging content
• Experience using Adobe Captivate and the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
• Graphic design or page layout ability

Preferred Qualifications:

• A degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Information Design, Education Technology, or equivalent job experience
