 Job title: Content Management & Promotions Specialist


We are seeking a talented individual with experience in content merchandising and Promotions to join Client’s Applications Management team. The successful candidate will be passionate about digital content merchandising with a deep understanding of current digital content store landscape. As part of Product Management team, you will be the owner of delivering innovative consumer engagement features and user programs used in mobile apps, executing promotions as well as delivering features all the way from ideation to shipping. This includes working with Marketing, Agencies, UX, Development, QA, and business owners. 
You will be part of product operations technology team, assisting with end-to-end digital content publication and merchandising activities. You will manage the content merchandising of Client’s digital stores on schedule to meet content partner delivery and publication deadlines in supporting online promotions as needed. 

Major Responsibilities:
• Plan, coordinate, align, and execute all content merchandising for the Client digital store(s).
• Assist, manage and execute daily, weekly and out of band content release schedules, roadmaps, requirements and plans.
• Define and deliver innovative and intuitive experiences across multiple promotions, using the best design thinking principles and incorporating the creative technological solution.
• Participate in creating consumer journey and marketing assets and Manage daily/weekly operations on content management system.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to execute product features relative to promotion platform.
• Assist in aligning storefront feature enhancements and on-device merchandising management across phones, tablets and connected devices to ensure marketing alignment.
• Analyze content performance with an attention to improving content sales and features.
• Build and manage relationships with content providers. Take lead in managing day-to-day communication with content providers and internal operations teams.
• Coordinate with internal groups and HQ to coordinate application, promotions and feature changes.
• Drive site improvements to completion by coordinating with project managers, web developers, designers, marketers, and other merchandisers.
• Proactively identify issues, potential points of failure and make quick decision on ways to improve the Client digital stores
• Coordinate with Content Media Senior Managers to execute merchandizing programming strategy
• Work closely with Shop App Product managers to build longer term roadmap based on key learnings on promotions and other consumer facing operations.
• Run analytical reports on content performance as needed.
• Project management content related programs as needed.
Background, Experience & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering. 1 or 2 years of related experience in product marketing, product management or mobile app development is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in digital content merchandising or Mobile app marketing or digital campaign management
• Experience understanding business objectives and translating them into product/campaign requirements
• Strong verbal, copy writing and editing skills
• Strong control and familiarity with internet and mobile environments.
• Good technical knowledge, presentation skills, content knowledge, product knowledge, project management skills and familiarity with analytic tools.
• Experience with CMS tools
• Exceptional partner relations skills. Understand content partner needs and translate to executable actions for internal teams.
• Experience with Mobile Marketing/ Promotions is highly desired.
• Deep hands-on technical expertise. Highly computer literate with advanced troubleshooting skills and ability to quickly learn new software.
• Must be able to think both strategically and tactically.
• Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment and meet aggressive timelines. Most notably weekly release schedules and seasonal promotions.
• Good knowledge of MS Office environment especially with PowerPoint and Excel
• Candidate must be a self-starter and be able to prioritize work efforts and deliver results on schedule.
• Candidate must be willing to work frequent additional hours beyond normal schedule in conjunction with Client teams located in Korea.
