Pro Staff is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a company located in Bloomington!

This is a temporary position, with the potential to go longer and even be hired on permanently. The pay rate for this position is $18/hour.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the sales team and customers
  • Receiving orders via phone and email
  • Entering orders and processing inventory returns
  • Updating customer files
  • Providing excellent customer service to all stakeholders

    • Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree or 2 years of high-level Customer Service experience required
  • Order entry experience into ERP system(s) preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • High level of professionalism
