Job Details
Pro Staff is currently seeking entry-level machine operators for 3rd shift machine operation positions with our client in Menomonee Falls, WI! These positions require that candidates have an understanding of machine shop operations as well as a minimum of 1 year working in a machine operation role. Ideal candidates will have experience operating lapping machines and a motivated, can-do attitude!

- Operation of single and double sided lapping machines to buff, grind, polish product to correct specifications
- Minor machine adjustments and troubleshooting of machines as needed
- Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings to ensure product meets customer specifications
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in manufacturing and machine operation preferred
- Previous finishing/grinding experience is required
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
