Job Details

Hunter Hamilton is currently looking for a Commercial Sales & Operations Assistant, experienced with billing, pricing, and accounts receivables to take on a new role for a growing medical device company in the Southwest Metro. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively assist the entire national sales team, correcting invoices, initiating the credit process for new customers, and respond to any administrative needs.

Job Duties include:
  • Assisting the Sales Team with pricing, contracts, and invoicing
  • Resolving Accounts Receivable and billing issues through re-bills
  • Processing invoices international and domestically
  • Assist with other administrative duties as assigned, such as email inbox monitoring
The qualifications for ideal candidates include:
  • An Associates in Business Administration, a similar discipline, or equivalent experience in Sales Administration
  • Experienced with initiating lines of credit
  • Experienced with Accounts Receivable and billing
  • Ability to multitask, work in a team as well as independently, and excellent interpersonal skills

This position is slated to be a one-year contract role with the likelihood to be converted full time in the new fiscal year.
