FRS includes several contact centers focused on the quick and seamless resolution of a variety of issues. From REDcard® Guest Services to the Client Support Center (CSC), we pride ourselves on infusing every interaction with that signature Target service that guests and team members alike have come to expect. We directly support Target's bottom line through building guest loyalty as the retailer of choice and taking care of our team members so that they can get back to the work they do best, from headquarters to stores to distribution centers.

Travel Services is a team member facing contact center within FRS, which manages all travel and expense-related work for the enterprise. As a Sr. Business Partner you will oversee U.S. team members international travel documentation process and manage relationship with third party visa vendors by providing regular feedback and ensuring provider has met Target's vendor requirements. You will ensure appropriate international documentation is obtained and valid for each U.S. based international traveler. You will consult with team members and partners on immigration documentation as needed. You will support global travel by providing invitation and business letters for international travelers and any vendor traveling to the U.S. for business meetings. This role may also work directly with clients to contract global group meeting arrangements by defining the needs of each group, and working to book appropriate accommodations while maintaining financial responsibility. For Extended Business Travel, you will work with relocation partners to source and negotiate appropriate housing needs for extended business traveler accommodations. Job duties may change at any time due to business needs.

About You
Minimum Requirements
• Four-year degree or equivalent experience
• 2-4 years of guest or customer service experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including proven negotiation skills and ability to influence
• Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities while working with minimal direction
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of applications
• Travel or meetings industry knowledge
• International immigration knowledge
• Meeting Professional Certification, (CMP)
