Pro Staff has partnered with a Christian-based company in Burnsville, Minnesota that is seeking someone for their Call Inquiry Associate position! This is a temp-to-hire opportunity. Qualified candidates will have strong communication skills and will be comfortable making outbound calls to church leadership.

Hours: 8:30am-3:00pm, Monday through Friday
**hours will fluctuate between 32-40 hours each week**
Pay Rate: $16-$18 per hour (depending on experience)

Job Duties:

• Making outbound calls to prospective clients
• Following scripts when talking to prospective customers
• Some data entry
• Provide information to prospective clients
• Nurture relationships with current and past clients
• Other job duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Comfortable phone voice; telemarketing experience preferred
• Ability to follow provided script of questions & responses
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet
• Database or CMS experience (such as ACT!) highly desirable
• Comfortable or familiar speaking with church leadership
• Ability to meet client requirements
• Good reliability and attendance
