Job Details

RADIAS Health - formerly South Metro Human Services - is a nonprofit agency serving adults with mental illness and/or substance use disorders in the Twin Cities metro area. We offer opportunities for those who are looking to enter the mental health field to gain experience for the first time, as well as opportunities for experienced mental health clinicians.

We offer competitive salary and benefits for full time employees including paid medical, dental, life insurance plus 4 weeks PTO first year + 10 holidays. 

Some positions that we have available are:

  • Mental Health Counselor ($14-17 per hour)
  • Registered Nurse ($76-$80K)
  • Mental Health Practitioner ($42-$52K)

Training

We are committed to training staff in evidence based practices surrounding mental illness and substance use disorders as well as other topics. Staff are eligible for free trainings through our Training Institute.
