Job Details
Description:
Coordination of any & all repairs of call center
Ordering dept supplies & special materials
Responsible for service in break room area & all furniture
Collecting & verification of all COI information of contractors
Stocking and cleaning of all coffee areas
Managing emails
Inspect building, floors, safety issues – risk management
Inspect and maintain locker rooms
Collect & process mail & service carriers
Maintain up to date vendor contact info
Maintain badge info with building security
Janitorial duties of the call center, restrooms, break rooms
Check all conference rooms for cleanliness; check A/V equipment for proper operation. Make sure all chairs are neatly pushed under the tables.
Other tasks assigned by the Facilities Manager.
Education:
High school diploma or a GED.
