Beyond our world-class contact centers, there are many important challenges to be met in other FRS teams like the FRS Operations and Product Team, which plays at the intersections of process and technology, and Contact Center Support Services (SCSO) which develops comprehensive service delivery strategies for our contact centers. FRS Product Design manages and grows loyalty, frequency and other marketing programs for all Payment Cards (REDcard, GiftCard). Our Bank Program and included credit risk and compliance functions manage Merchandise Finance, Capital Finance, Expense Management and Financial Goals and Forecasts. And the FRS Controller heads up FRS Accounting and Financial Operations, including Accounting and Control, Retail Bankcard Services, Target Card Services, Fraud Prevention & Dispute Resolution.

As a Sr Manager, Bank Program Management, you will be the key Credit Program point of contact for our various credit functional areas. You will establish relationships with our bank partner and leaders of our key credit functions to help ensure the continuation of an efficient and effective partnership. This role will also be involved in key cross-functional program efforts related to the Credit Program Management department. In collaboration with our bank partner, this role will lead efforts in the following key areas: relationship management as the bank partner's key point of contact on program operations related to Credit Program Management; project management on Credit Program sponsored initiatives; issue spotting and collaborating with our functional areas on process improvements and enhancing controls; ensuring all program obligations are documented, tracked and executed upon; developing and conveying program-related reporting and communications; regularly reviewing our operating models by functional area and enhancing as needed. Job duties may change at any time due to business needs.

About you:
  • B.A./B.S. Degree
  • 10+ years business experience
  • Ability to influence senior leaders without authority
  • Proven leadership experience, interpersonal skills and credibility
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills
  • Able to positively interact with various levels of management.
  • Excellent reasoning, analytical and problem solving skills
