Job Responsibilities
- Providehigh-level of customer service toTarget Team Memberson a daily basis
- Rapidly resolvehardware, operational, infrastructure, and application incidents
- Provide preventative maintenance, troubleshooting,and quick resolutionsto ensureinfrastructure and application stability
- Followscontinuousimprovement best practices
- Coordinateand collaboratewith partner support teams to drive issueresolution
- Adhere to and advocateforTarget'sInformation Security Policies and Best Practices
- Drivecontinuousimprovement with the development ofnew standards, best practices, and process improvements
- Provide supervision/work direction to contractorand internteam
Requirements
- BA/BS or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years relevant technical support experience
- Availability to work at multiple locations (Minneapolis, MN and Brooklyn Park, MN)
- Maintains technical knowledge within areas of expertise
- Stays current with new and evolving technologies via formal training and self-directed education
- Proven troubleshooting ability withAndroid OS,iOS,iPadOS, macOS, and Windows 10
- Strong support-minded focus
- Ability to build strong relationships with end users, understand their needs, and translate into technology solutions
- High-level written and verbal communication skills
- Able to adapt in a rapidly changing environment; a fast learner, self-starter and highly passionate and motivated individual
- Ability to multi-task
- Comfort with ambiguity
- Positive attitude
DesiredRequirements
- FamiliaritywithITIL best practices
- Experience with Agile methodologies- emphasis on Scrum and/orScrumban
- Knowledge of scripting languages and skills to build scripting and automation
