Marshfield Clinic Health System (MCHS) is an integrated health system serving Wisconsin with about 10,000 employees and over 1,200 providers comprising 86 specialties, health plan, and research and education programs. MCHS primary operations include Marshfield Clinic, Marshfield Medical Centers in Marshfield, Eau Claire, Ladysmith, Rice Lake, Park Falls, and Neillsville, Marshfield Children's Hospital, Marshfield Clinic Research Institute, Security Health Plan, and Marshfield Clinic Health System Foundation.
The Clinical Analyst – Population Health will work under the supervision of the Director of Population Health to provide research, analytic, operational and client support for population health programs and initiatives within Security Health Plan (SHP) and Marshfield Clinic Health System (MCHS). The individual will collaborate with SHP clinical, quality and pharmacy leaders, client account executives and system-level entities to accurately measure performance, understand key drivers and identify new opportunities for cost and quality improvement across populations.

Requires:
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing; Master’s degree in business administration, public health, healthcare administration or nursing strongly preferred
- Registered Nurse (RN) license granted by state of residence
- Five years of experience in a health plan or integrated care delivery organization
- Demonstrated knowledge of care management or population health through experience with a payer, ACO or other integrated delivery organization
- Three years of experience in reporting and analyzing population health approaches and/or population health approaches
- Highly-organized and ability to establish prioritization and display the discipline necessary to work on high-priority projects
- Intermediate knowledge of analytical programing languages and data visualization tools
- Demonstrated proficiency with verbal, nonverbal and written communications skills, presentations and with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Advanced knowledge of analytical programing languages and data visualization tools preferred
