We're hiring temporary positions on our team to help keep our store shelves as full as possible and our shopping/working environment as clean and safe for our guests and employees! These temporary positions are not to exceed 60 days, unless approved by Human Resources, and will be scheduled based on business need and the temporary employee's availability. 

 The Temporary Clerk will provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in a friendly and courteous manner, helping maintain a clean and organized shopping environment, stocking merchandise, and in some cases you may be trained on how to cashier (if interested), while carrying out our company's vision to "Be Remarkable!" Your community is waiting, apply today!

Responsibility: 

*Note: this is a temporary position.

All duties to be performed according to the established standard and in compliance with all company policies and procedures while maintaining regular, prompt attendance. As a Temporary Clerk, supporting our store over the next 30-60 days, you could expect to:

• Load and unload trucks, transport merchandise to storage areas and sales floor, and ensure shelves, cases and coolers are filled to the best of our ability at all times.
• Assist customers with locating merchandise and answering questions and/or concerns
• Perform cleaning and sanitizing duties to support a safe shopping environment for our guests and working environment for our employee-owners
• Be observant of conditions within the store. Take action as appropriate for the situation.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Have the opportunity to learn how to cashier (based on store needs)

• Observe and enforce all company policies, rules, and safety practices
• Perform other duties within the department or other areas as assigned

• The ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with reasonable accommodation as needed.
• The ability to and passion for exceeding our guest's expectations by providing a safe, friendly, and comfortable shopping and working environment for our guests.
• Prior experience in a customer-service or retail environment a plus, but not required! You bring the smile, we'll train you on the job!
