A family owned business located in Chaska, MN is looking for a Preventative Maintenance Technician to add to their team on a Direct Hire basis! This individual will perform upkeep and maintenance of existing machinery and will also be heavily involved in the company’s Preventative Maintenance program. Other duties include –

  • Performing routine maintenance and minor repairs on heavy industrial, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and mechanical machinery
  • Install new equipment and make upgrades to existing equipment
  • Record work in CMMS system
  • Communicate issues and completion of work to equipment owners
  • Hours: Monday – Friday, 2pm – 10pm (occasional overtime as needed)
    Pay: $17-24/hour

  • High School Diploma
  • Associates Degree in Mechatronics, Automation, or METS highly desired
  • 2 year’s experience with modifying controls
  • AB SLC 500 experience highly preferred
  • Thorough understanding of electricity, electronics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems as they relate to heavy industrial equipment
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Knowledge of OSHA practices and procedures
