Hunter Hamilton is working with a company located in Chanhassen looking to add a Billing Specialists to the team! The individual in this role will be generating bills, performing cash application, and assisting with collections process. This is a great entry level opportunity to join a tenured team! 

Job Duties:
- Generate and send out customer invoices 
- Perform cash application 
- Review delinquent accounts and attempt to collect on past due amounts
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports 
- Assist with finance projects as needed 

Qualifications: 
- Ability to problem solve and perform analytical tasks 
- Strong written and verbal communication skills 
- Proficient Excel skills 
- Previous billing/collections experience a plus
