OIM (ORACLE IDENTITY MANAGEMENT SUITE) ENGINEER

Best Buy Co., Inc. has an opening in Richfield, MN for an OIM (Oracle Identity Management Suite) Engineer. Duties: Analyze, develop, install, modify, and support the Oracle Identity Management Suite application. Engage in product development and systems integration. Manage OIM product, including lifecycle patching, upgrades, and support. Implement and manage data feeds between multiple identity stores. Work with repository owners to define requirements and establish rules for managing identities. Establish access policies to control provisioning of accounts. Serve as a senior technical resource demonstrating leadership skills in systems engineering and software development. Improving the time, cost, and risk associated with identity administration, while driving future direction and evolution of identity management technologies and processes. Full requirements: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Networks, or a closely related IT field, and five (5) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience supporting and customizing Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) and Oracle Access Management (OAM); engaging in requirements definition, system design, and software development; using OIM tools for migration and synchronization of data provisioning and de-provisioning; integrating applications into a core provisioning system for provisioning and password synchronization; and utilizing the entire Oracle Identity Management Suite.
