SENIOR PROGRAM MANAGER

Best Buy Co., Inc. has an opening in Richfield, MN as a Senior Program Manager. Play a critical role on the Enterprise Risk and Compliance (ERC) team to ensure that customer, company and employee information is secure while enabling technology innovation throughout all customer contact channels. Leads the team responsible for expanding technical TM capabilities across ERC and Legal. Facilitate end-to-end identification, prioritization, initiation, and execution of the annual portfolio of capital and baseline projects advancing the ERC and Legal efforts. Utilizes advanced systems-related knowledge to, serve as a highly technical solution architect to drive initiatives forward across multiple specialty teams within ERC and Legal. Manages large scale ERC and Legal projects in support of application delivery including Business Case development, stakeholder communications and adherence to Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes. Communicates program strategy and collaborates with partners and stakeholders through Officer level. Develops, maintains and implements ERC and Legal PMO supporting processes and process improvements. Develops business case justification for funding approval. Ensures outcomes and deliverables are timely delivered with high quality. Manages budgets and engages in the capital planning process. Supervises and directs work of project teams. Manages stakeholder alignment and collaborates with cross-functional partners throughout project. Full Requirements: U.S. Bachelor of Technology degree in any field, U.S. Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Cyber Security, or equivalent foreign degree of any of the above. The position also requires seven (7) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience implementing large scale IT Infrastructure, Security or Compliance programs or other large programs for a multi-national retail company in a managed services and/or remote services environment, managing third party vendor relationships to achieve business outcomes, delivering global security or infrastructure capabilities with annual budgetary responsibilities, and delivering new business capabilities by applying system and delivery lifecycle methods and approaches.
