Our client, Missouri Slope Areawide United Way in Bismarck, ND, has a career opportunity for an Administrative Coordinator. This position is responsible for day to day office administration, bookkeeping and data processing which will include but is not limited to AR/AP, reconciliations, budgets, inventory, coordination/supervision of volunteers, and planning of United Way events. This position reports directly to the Operations Director.

Qualifications include a Bachelor Degree in business administration or a related field. The ideal candidate will have extensive computer experience and knowledge, and one or more years of experience in a finance or accounting related position. This role requires independent judgment and following the mission statement of the organization. Ability to work effectively with a variety of people is essential to this position.
