A manufacturing company in Waconia, MN is seeking a CNC Machinist to add to their team on Direct Hire basis! The CNC Machinist is responsible for setting up CNC and manual machines by following instruction orders. This is an employee owned company and offers medical benefits and 401K! Job duties include:

  • Setup and use of CNC and manual machines
  • Setup mills or lathes by using CAM software
  • Design and build fixtures
  • Assist with fabrication
  • Order material and maintain inventory
  • Hours: 5:30am-3:00pm Monday through Thursday and 5:30am-9:30am on Friday

    Pay: $25/hour and up depending on qualifications

    Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 5-8 years of CNC setup experience
  • Ability to lift 75 pounds
  • Ability to interpret CAD/CAM drawings
  • Experience with mills and lathes
