Seeking an experienced Press Operator to join a growing manufacturing company in Chaska, MN! Come work for a company that shows it’s appreciation for employees by being 100% employee owned, provides room for growth, and health and dental insurance upon permanent hire!

In this role you will be operating a die cutting press, participating in quality control tasks, and being a co-lead on 2nd shift. Daily tasks within this role will include preparing, monitoring, and operating machines and inspecting the quality of tools and created products. 

Pay: $19/hour depending on experience

Hours: Monday - Thursday 3:30 pm - 2:00 am (must be able to train on 1st shift for first 4 weeks)

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Strong math and measurement skills
  • 2 years of manufacturing experience
  • Quality inspection experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
