Pro Staff is seeking a 2nd shift Machinist for an industry leading production company in Brooklyn Park, MN! This position will be responsible for selecting appropriate machine, fixtures, and materials to manufacture a precise and repeatable part. This is a great opportunity to join a growing company with a world wide reputation for producing high quality products.

Hours: 1:30pm-12:00am, Monday - Friday
Pay: $22-26/hour depending on experience

Responsibilities:
  • Fabricating metallic and non metallic parts by operating mechanical equipment such as chop saw, band saw, drill press, bridgeport, and vertical machining center
  • Inspect quality of manufactured product and advise manager of any concerns
  • Read and understand blueprints, sketches, drawings, manuals, and specifications 
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience working in a metal fabrication shop
  • Ability to stand/walk 10 hours per day
  • Ability to lift 75 lbs. unassisted.
