If you have any management or call center lead experience, this could be the job for YOU! The Minneapolis Pro Staff has partnered with a large consulting firm in downtown Minneapolis, which acts as a 3rd part administrator for class action lawsuits, in order to find new call center team leaders! 

In this role, you will be responsible for not only acting as a customer service representative and answering inbound calls, but also for taking on additional lead responsibilities! This is a temporary position paying $17 per hour. If you are bilingual, the pay rate is $18 per hour! 

Job Details
  • Oversee a team of call center reps
  • Answer questions related to callers
  • Follow up with reps regarding key performance
  • Meet with management to development a play for the day
  • Other tasks as assigned
  • Some management and customer service experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Have great attendance- please be committed to this role! 
  • Comfortable answering inbound calls
