Customer Service Representative Team Lead
In this role, you will be responsible for not only acting as a customer service representative and answering inbound calls, but also for taking on additional lead responsibilities! This is a temporary position paying $17 per hour. If you are bilingual, the pay rate is $18 per hour!
- Oversee a team of call center reps
- Answer questions related to callers
- Follow up with reps regarding key performance
- Meet with management to development a play for the day
- Other tasks as assigned
- Some management and customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Have great attendance- please be committed to this role!
- Comfortable answering inbound calls
