DIGITAL EXPERIENCE MANAGER

Position Description

This position is responsible to ensure a positive user experience for UCare members, prospective members and partners. Lead a team of digital product specialists, working in a highly matrixed environment, to drive engagement and collaboration to deliver high-quality and timely digital products.

• Oversee the delivery of digital products and user experience that align with business strategy and timelines.

• Build effective working relationships across the organization, especially with IT, Project Management and Marketing to ensure digital and user experience goals are met.

• Ensure digital products and experience comply with applicable regulatory requirements and standards.

• Develop and communicate best practices for product management, market and user research and user experience.

• Develop approach toward measuring return on investment for digital products/experience.

• Develop and socialize digital product roadmap.

• Create a transparent and open process to identify valuable features and enhancements and prioritize them.

• Champion journey mapping and other user-centric processes to formulate deep understanding of our constituents and create experiences that meet the needs of our users.

• Incorporate data analysis to drive decision making.

• Recruit, hire, train, coach and develop a highly engaged and high performing digital strategy team.

• Other projects and duties as assigned.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science or related field.

Required Experience

Five years digital product management experience in a health care or highly regulated environment. Supervisory experience. Experience with marketing technology concepts and systems, including CRM and Experience Management Platforms. Knowledge of user experience best practices. Knowledge of digital and traditional marketing and/or sales strategies and tactics. Knowledge of Agile methodologies. Project management skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Able to work through ambiguity and exert influence within a matrixed environment.

Preferred Experience

Health care experience. Product owner certification or experience as a product owner.
