Pro Staff is seeking a polished and professional administrative assistant candidate for a Temp to Hire position with a Financial Services Firm located in St. Cloud, MN.

The individual selected will be responsible for, but not limited to:
-Answering phones
-Greeting clients
-Manage all incoming communications
-Assist Executives as assigned30
-Manage conference rooms and office schedules

Monday- Friday 8am-5pm
Pay is $15-$16

Qualified Candidates:
-Dress Professionally
-Are well educated
-Have a minimum of 1 year administrative experience
-Possess strong excel, word, and computer skills
-Possess strong verbal and written skills
-Have a high level of technical abilities
-Can work independently in an office staffed with virtual team of associates
-Are reliable and do not miss work without an excellent reason
-Possess an updated and professional resume
