Maintenance Technician

In supporting Cambridge Management Services, Inc.’s commitment to excellent customer service and a high quality living environment, the Maintenance Technician, under the supervision of the General Manager and/or Maintenance Supervisor, is responsible for safely performing repairs and preventative maintenance of the property.

We are currently seeking a FULL TIME Maintenance Technician wanted for a brand new apartment community RiZe at Opus.

Must have two (2) years experience as a Technician in the multifamily industry.

•Must be HVAC certified

•Must have extensive knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing.

•CPO certified preferred.

•Must be a team player.
