A role in Property Management means the opportunity to maximize the performance and longevity of Target's assets while delivering value, reliability and brand integrity. As a Sr. Program Analyst, you will support the Asset Management team through analysis, reporting and interpretation. You will be exploring data, technologies, and the application of mathematical techniques to derive business insights. Leverage your strong analytical thinking and strong communication to interpret and apply Target's enterprise lens on reporting tools and data storage for Property Management & Data Sciences teams. Lead forecasting & financial reporting efforts for multiple teams. Provide in-depth analysis including root cause, trends and regression analysis. Translate data into useful information that tells a story and provides guidance to Asset Management programs. Establish a model to assess business cases, establish baselines and metrics to measure performance of new initiatives. About You

• BA/BS or equivalent experience
• 3+ years work experience in data analysis or masters level education in business analytics, data science, etc.
• Strong collaboration skills & ability to work effectively with others
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel & advanced analytic capabilities
• Experience developing metrics, reports, visualizations and/or statistics while documenting code and adhering to data management principles
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Microstrategy, Tableau and Domo
• Utilize tools (R, Python, SQL, etc.) to build insights and solutions off varying data storage platforms (Hadoop, Postgres, etc.)
