Pro Staff is now hiring a 1st Shift Horizontal CNC Operator for a direct hire opportunity with an engineering manufacturing company located in Chaska, MN! Applicants must have experience specifically operating a Horizontal CNC. This is a family owned company that offers great benefits and company perks! Pay rate: $22-24/hour (based on qualifications)

Schedule: 7am - 3:30pm, Monday - Friday

Job Duties:
  • Responsible for set-up, editing and operating Doosan Horizontal Machining Centers
  • Set up new and repeat jobs, instruct operators on how to run parts, run small-medium sized production lots 
  • Troubleshoot and edit FANUC codes as necessary
  • Keep records, communicate with coworkers and managers regarding production runs and maintain quality and safety standards
  • Operate grinding and related tools to remove excess material or burrs from surfaces
Applicant Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 5+ years experience and/or training
  • Proficiency with Horizontal CNC machine set-up and operation
  • Experience reading part prints or drawings, and using standard quality inspection tools and gauges 
  • Ability to lift/carry up to 70 lbs.
