Customer Care Representative
Pro Staff is working with a stable and growing client in the Grimes, IA area looking for fun and upbeat candidates to join their team. This position starts at $12.00/hr and offers long term bonus potential once hired on. This is a 1st shift(8:00AM - 5:00PM) opportunity that is temp to hire.
Respond to customer calls, emails, chats, and cases to ensure we are providing service that WOWs.
Functional ResponsibilitiesEnter customer’s order Answer phone calls, chats, emails/cases Follow up with customers regarding their inquiries in a timely manner Contact customers for payment issues, declined orders, or any issues that arise Handle and facilitate the return of products from customers who have issues with orders Handle shipping claims for missing or damaged orders Upsell customers when they are placing their orders by recommending other products Monitor and update social media as required Complete handwritten appreciation cards for customers Creating reports/saved searches as needed Other duties as assigned
