Accounts Payable Clerk
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk for a GREAT organization in De Pere, WI. M
Part-Time; M - F; 20 - 25 hours per week (can be flexible)
- Process and pay invoices in a timely manner
- Match vendor packing slips with invoices
- Monitor and match invoices and purchase orders
- Maintain all paid bill files and documents
- Maintain and assist with the monthly/quarterly/annual reporting and filing
- Update sales monthly spreadsheets
QualificationsTwo-year post-high school accounting education or equivalent experience Prior Accounts Payable work experience Experience with inventory transaction recording and analysis Good analytical and problem solving skills High attention to details and facts Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel Experience with the use of accounting software (MAS90/Sage 100 preferred) Experience with Crystal Reporting is a plus Apply on-line at: www.prostaff.com OR Forward your resume to: firstname.lastname@example.org
