About the Role

As the Director, Talent Analytics & Team Member Listening (People Analytics) you will lead and team and develop and define the short and long-term team member listening strategy for candidates, current and former Team Members, and external stakeholders. You will lead a team of consultants to identify the relationships and trends in data, as well as factors that could affect the results of research. You will translate insights into strategies and stories, delivering executive presentations that influence business and HR initiatives as well as areas of focus. You will run and implement our enterprise listening moments and perform analysis to identify trends used for actionable insights and workforce decisions. You will be a strategic thought partner across the HR ecosystem to understand and support functional team health and sentiment needs, providing solutions and recommendations to drive high-performing teams.

The ideal candidate will:
  • Have 10+ Years' professional experience in Human Resources, Consulting, People Analytics / Talent analytics and/or Organizational Psychology domains with 5+ year's leadership experience.
  • Have a proven record with senior leader stakeholder management and presenting data & insights in a compelling way.
  • Possess a passion for enabling thoughtful & meaningful experiences.
  • Be a continuous learner and an innovative thought leader that is able to set strategic direction and execute against it.
  • Exude passion for leading and developing a team.


Key Responsibilities
  • Accountable for programs, policies, people and process related to Team Member Listening
  • Responsible for team leadership including all talent routines
  • Participates with other senior leaders to establish strategic plans and objectives
  • Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of the company.
  • Participates in development of methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for projects, programs, and people
  • See beyond the data to identify solutions that will raise the bar for all things Talent-related
  • Externally focused and understands concepts of listening, analysis, predictive analytics and trend analysis to inform current and future work
  • Leverages independent judgement in obtaining superior results
  • Partner with peers in Reporting, Analytics, and the broader talent analytics team to define projects
  • Promotes an inclusive and digital mind-set (e.g., values, principles, and practices) across the organization to utilize analytics that enable the workforce and create value for the business


About You
  • 10+ Years' professional experience, preferably in Human Resources, Consulting, People Analytics / Talent analytics and/or Organizational Psychology domains with 5+ years management experience
  • Experience leading a team remotely
  • Superior analytical skills including problem solving, attention to detail and clear communication of complex analysis
  • Mastery level Business Acumen; able to understand the business and are able to influence at the most senior levels
  • Superior consulting skills; can define the right business problems, manage complexities and affect change
  • Excellent Communication skills; can tell stories, engage people and inspire action
  • Ability to influence at all levels within the organization
  • Relationship curator - shapes constructive working relationships, builds rapport and respect by active listening, negotiation and discussion
  • Organizational navigator - uses knowledge of organizational structure and business to identify and prevent conflicts and understands how roles, products and services relate to HR technology
  • Superior detail orientation, organization, and analytical skills
  • Thrive on simultaneously managing multiple responsibilities
  • Works hard, but can laugh and have fun in the process


Location
  • The role is based at our Minneapolis HQ location, but we are supportive of remote working arrangements
