About the Job:

As a Director Inventory Management, business responsibilities include driving multi-channel inventory management by translating pyramid financials into operational targets, developing and executing replenishment inventory positioning recommendations and managing decisions on the flow and positioning for initial sets and events. Team leadership responsibilities include building a high performing culture that values data, system utilization, accountability and innovation, helping teams navigate development and career experiences, championing diversity and inclusion for the team and by balancing the needs of Inventory Management with the broader enterprise through working cross functionally and making trade-offs in service to the guest and the brand.

About you:

Minimum requirements and key competencies:
  • 4-year degree or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in Inventory Management, Supply Chain, Logistics and/or Merchandising
  • Respects, appreciates and is curious about differences related to working with others; committed to developing an inclusive team
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships across team, leader, and internal partners
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strategic orientation and comfort with ambiguity
  • Flexibility, resiliency and nimbleness; comfortable working in "grey areas" that are constantly changing
  • Ability to impact, develop, train, and influence others
  • Curiosity with a desire to learn and innovate
  • Ability to solve problems and manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Numerous management experiences across Supply Chain and/or Merchandising functions
