We're looking for a Sr. Sourcing Manager to join our team working specifically on Men's apparel categories. As a Sr. Sourcing Manager, you will work with a cross-functional team including Target Merchants, Planners and Product Design and Development to turn ideas into the merchandise on our stores' shelves and on our online channels. You will be responsible for partnering with global sourcing and vendors to deliver high-quality, trend-right merchandise at a great value to our guests. You will drive sourcing strategy to support global balance, matrix optimization, and help Target achieve our financial plans. It is critical in this role that you utilize negotiating skills and costing expertise to ensure quality/cost, and deliver maximum bottom-line value.

Requirements

• Seven+ years relevant merchandising/sourcing experience
• Demonstrates leadership skills with ability to influence key stakeholders and roundtable partners
• Ability to think strategically and conceptually, as well as being detail oriented
• Prioritizes diverse, equitable and inclusive behaviors
• Ability to prioritize among competing deliverables
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills

• Exhibits analytical mindset and financial acumen
• Comfortable with ambiguity - demonstrates flexibility and adaptability
