Pro Staff has an Advanced Assembler opportunity for our client company in the Alexandria area! In this role, you’ll be responsible for building machines from start to finish with little assistance. Quality, safety and productivity are key measurements in this role. Main duties include:
- Mechanical Assembly of machinery
- Inspection and testing of equipment
- Re-design parts as needed
- Test, disassemble and reassemble machines
- Complete final sign off documentation
Contact Pro Staff at 320-763-9677 for a complete list of job duties. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position with core hours of 6am-4:30pm, Mon-Fri, with some flexibility in start and end times. Pay is $17-19/hr., depending on experience.
Qualified candidates have a strong understanding of the manufacturing process, including lock out/tag out procedures. A background in hydraulics, pneumatics and machine tool operations is needed. Degree in Machine Tool Technology or related field is preferred, along with 2+ years’ experience.
