Staffmark has immediate Spanish / English Bilingual Customer Service Rep opportunities to work for a well-known, third-party administrator for class action lawsuits in downtown Minneapolis!

    In this Bilingual CSR role, you will answer caller questions by following scripts and document the call information into a database. No cold calling or sales in this position! You’ll take inbound calls from individuals involved in various legal settlements and deliver excellent customer service.


    Customer Service Representative Requirements:

  • Able to type 25 WPM at a minimum
  • 6 months of customer service experience
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Attendance is critical for this project
