Prostaff is assisting one of our clients in Southeast Houston with the hiring of a Sr. Maintenance Facilities Manager. This is a temp to hire opportunity for the right candidate. You must have previous maintenance and facilities experience in a manufacturing warehouse.
5 to 10 years working with boilers, hydraulic presses, motors and electrical troubleshooting. You must have strong electrical skills and be an expert in all phases of the facility. Understand basic mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulics systems to perform general repair and maintenance. Strong organizational skills work site is into a 5S Operation system.
5 to 10 years working in a mold cure, retreading or injection molding environment. Must be flexible and exhibit good leadership and team building skills.
3 to 5 years of facilities management
3 to 5 years working in electrical and mechanical facilities
2 years of 5S Plant Organization required
