Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday through Friday (1 hour lunch)
Pay Rate: $16-18/hr depending on experience
Follow up with customers by phone, fax, email and in person
Take and enter orders, process orders
Set up new customers in system
Expedite customer purchase orders
Assist sales staff and team members
Provide backup reception coverage, when needed
Process open order reports
Assist with staff meetings, take notes, email updates, etc
Work with project manager and others on summaries and progress reports
Must have previous office experience, ideally with entering orders and customer follow up
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Must be able to meet client pre-screening requirements
