Hunter Hamilton has partnered with a manufacturing company in the North Metro looking for a Part-Time Accounting Coordinator! This individual will assist with daily office tasks and apply their GAAP knowledge to assist with accounting tasks. This role will offer a 20 hour work week from 11:30 AM - 3:30 PM Monday through Friday and is available for an immediate start! 

Job Duties: 
- Greet customers and answer phone calls 
- Maintain customer database and files 
- Prepare journal entries
- Assist with expense reporting & generating invoices 
- Perform quarterly and annual internal audit duties

Qualifications: 
- Previous Accounting & Administrative experience
- Associates Degree in Accounting  
- Proficiency using MS Office
- Experience using SAP preferred 
- Strong data entry skills
