Pro Staff is hiring a mid-level Customer Service/Account Representative to work in Bloomington! In this role, you will use your strong customer service skills to manage and support the day-to-day operations of sales representatives and other internal departments in order to process new orders for your customers. If you enjoy handling a high volume of activity and are experienced in problem resolution, order entry, and overall customer service, this may be the position for you! 

This is a 2 year contract role. The hours of this position are Monday – Friday, working an 8-hour shift between 7:00am – 7:00pm. The pay rate for this position is $18 per hour.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Providing service to the sales team and customers through phone calls, email, and faxes
  • Receiving orders via phone and email
  • Entering orders and processing inventory returns into an ERP system
  • Review inventory counts and allocate resources as needed to fulfill all customer orders
  • Update addresses, contacts, etc. for customer files
  • Ability to perform detail-oriented transactions within department deadlines
  • Processing complaints and service issues according to company procedures
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or 2 years of high-level Customer Service experience required
  • Order entry experience into ERP system(s) preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication, planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to demonstrate a high-level of professionalism over the phone and accuracy
  • Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment
