Pro Staff is hiring a tech savvy Sales Support Specialist to work in Eden Prairie! In this role, you will use your strong tech skills to manage and support the day-to-day operations of sales representatives in order to process new orders for your customers. If you enjoy handling a high volume of activity and are experienced in technology, order entry, and overall customer service, this may be the position for you! 

This is a temp to hire role. The hours of this position are Monday – Friday, working an 8-hour shift between 8:00am – 5:00pm. The pay rate for this position is $20-23 per hour, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities include:
Sales order process management including quote, order entry, internal process flow and communication, and updates on order status changes General account maintenance including assisting with research on credit issues, sourcing tax certificates, updating account information, etc. New account setup process Handle inbound sales calls for assigned territory Maintain customer relationships by providing support and information through timely follow-up regarding customer inquiries Partner effectively with RSE to drive territory coverage and maintain positive customer relationships, including routing qualified opportunities for further development and follow-up Maintain Connectivity activation for customers in territory Assist in entering new Registrations into CRM, along with associated opportunity  Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree – Business or Marketing/Sales Associates degree considered with 5 years of relevant work experience Minimum of 2 years of Customer Service experience dealing with a technical product line – preferably within cellular data communications Strong technical product background/aptitude in IP Networking and Public Wireless Data Technologies Ability to become product certified with demonstrable expertise Proven success in Customer Service working with Value Added Resellers and end customers Skilled in developing and maintaining client relationships Excellent verbal and written communication skills Must be organized and able to manage time effectively Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, adhere to established deadlines and perform under pressure PC and basic networking skills required with strong knowledge of using a CRM, plus Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Proven ability to work as part of a team to achieve goals Maintain a high level of integrity, quality work standards and service excellence Apply online, or email your resume to!
