Pro Staff has partnered with Houston Plywood in Pearland Texas to hire Warehouse Production workers. This is a temp -to hire opportunity with on the job training and working a swing shift. Houston Plywood is a growing company with excellent benefits once hired permanently.
You will receive on the job training for 2 weeks from 6:00AM until 4:30PM, after training you will be transferred to the swing shift (4:30PM until 3:00AM). You will be working the Plywood Division learning various production jobs within the Plywood Mill.
Attention to detail and able to listen and follow instructions
Strong communication skills in dealing with supervisor and co-workers
Ability to read and write in English
Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a team environment
Able to operate sit-down forklift (Certification is a Plus)
Ability to meet or exceed daily production goals
