Pro Staff has an opening for a Recruiting Manager to support our business in the Northern Minneapolis metro. Seeking a full-cycle recruiter to creatively source, interview and qualify candidates for temporary, temp-to-hire and direct placement opportunities. The Recruiting Manager will also provide human resources services for our customers, including, but not limited to, evaluating staffing needs and providing solutions, making decisions relating to hiring, placement, discipline and termination of employees, handling employee relation matters and developing strong relationships with company contacts.


    Outstanding customer service Ethical Conduct Detail-oriented Excellent written and oral communication skills Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products (Word and Excel) Proven, strong organizational skills An ability to effectively prioritize in a multi-task environment

Required Education and Experience

     A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.   2-3 years of customer service, recruiting or human resources experience.
