VISIT & OFFICE COORDINATOR

This position serves as an administrative assistant to the Director, Associate and Assistant Directors of Admissions. Provides office coordination for the campus visitation program and communication between the Admissions Office, the public and other university offices. Assists with overseeing tour guides and managing office functions. QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum / Required

  • High School diploma.
  • Working knowledge of desktop hardware and standard business software programs (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel) and the Internet.
  • Experience working in an office environment.

Preferred

  • Experience working in a customer service role. 
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
  • Work independently and as part of a team environment and on collaborative efforts.
  • Experience using customer relationship management, imaging, or other related software systems.
