Must possess 2 yrs. exp. in: Protein purification; Lab Aseptic techniques, following USP 71 guidelines; production of Basement Membrane Extract including additional products derived from BME, Rat collagen, Bovine collagen, Laminin; knowledge of FPLC/HPLC programing, troubleshooting, purification and interpretation of results; Clean Room procedures, monitoring, maintenance.
