Overview & Job Duties:

Assist the data analyst in various data management activities and system maintenance. This individual will aid in tracking monthly, quarterly, and annual reports from all PF/QF program staff and help maintain the organization’s accomplishment database. This position will contribute to systems maintenance, map generation, analysis, quality control, and internal distribution of habitat accomplishments. Data mining, GIS, and program R may be used to interpret and present data in various ways to various affected audiences, especially our partners and potential partners.

Assist the HR specialist with posting job announcements to multiple websites. Possibly assist in scheduling interviews for job candidates.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Data management and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated self-motivation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Experience with database software, particularly Microsoft SQL Server, preferred.
• Strong organizational skills.

Training and Experience Guideline: Any combination of training and/or experience that will enable the applicant to possess the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.  A general qualification guideline for this position is a bachelor’s degree or higher with 1+ year of data experience. Knowledge of ADP/Workforce Now platform a plus, but not required.

Reports to:  Public Finance Director

Starting Salary: $18-$20 per hour, dependent upon qualifications/experience.
