A role in the Finance Ops calls on your skills for quality financial and inventory reporting and accurate financials and technical accounting while providing thoughtful and responsive support, expertise and guidance to business partners. Your role will be critical to ensuring the success of Target's business initiatives and core retail operations.

As a Sr Manager in Inventory Analysis, you will analyze Inventory Systems/Processes to improve Inventory Accuracy and the Guest Experience with cross functional partners. Lead and/or support large scale company initiatives with sound data analysis, influencing optimal outcomes. Drive change using compelling data driven metrics and story telling techniques. Trouble shoot inventory related issues and work with cross functional teams to address issues identified. Job duties may change at any time due to business needs.

About you:
  • B.A/B.S degree with 5+ years experience with business process and systems or equivalent work experience, specializing in analytics, problem solving and innovative solutions
  • Strong technical and analytical aptitude and abililty to blend business knowledge to influence business partners using solid communication skills, expertise and data to drive business changes to improve inventory accuracy, profitability and improved guest experience
  • Strong leadership skills and a high level of initiative with ability to work independently and at all levels of Leadership
  • Proven ability to gather and assess relevant information to figure out solutions to complex problems working with large volumes of data
  • Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, conflict management and partnership skills
  • Proven ability to multitask and quickly reprioritize projects to meet aggressive deadlines based on company initiatives
