Director of Employee and Labor Relations
The Office of Human Resources is looking for our next strategic Employee and Labor Relations leader. The Director of Employee and Labor Relations will lead a Labor and Employee Relations Center of Expertise with a diverse team of consultants. This leader will collaborate in the formulation and implementation of University policy and long-range HR programs and plans. They will build and maintain strong partnerships with college, campus, and unit HR Directors to ensure alignment of HR priorities and effective integration of programs and services. The new Director will also need to be skillful at resolving highly complex and/or sensitive employee and labor relations issues while leading and supporting a team of strategic trusted advisers for the University system.
