A role with Target Promotions Marketing means that you'll be part of a team that leads Target's Value communication strategy and brings holistic promotional and value stories to life for Target's guests. The team has a broad range of responsibilities including planning & development, creative, execution and production. Promotions marketing leverages a variety of print and digital media and is responsible for Target's Weekly Ad, Digital Weekly Ad, Print Promotions, In-store Promotional Signing and Printing Services.

As the Sr. Manager of Printing Services, you will lead and develop a team of production managers in a fast-paced 24/7 operations environment. As a leader, your top priority is building a positive team culture with a focus on development and accountability by setting clear expectations and providing feedback on performance as a part of your everyday routine. You will lead the hiring, on-boarding, and training of new managers and team members, with a keen focus on building a talent pipeline.

As the Sr. Manager, you are responsible for overseeing the coordination of projects, monitoring product and packaging quality, adherence to the production schedule, equipment maintenance and the execution of best safety practices in every day work. You will leverage strong thought and communication skills to partner both internally and externally on run-state projects as well as scoping future initiatives for Target Printing Services. You will be responsible for thinking critically to assess the business and develop short-term and long-term plans that will drive efficiencies in process. In addition, you will be responsible for delivering on other tasks or special projects as assigned by the Director of Target Printing Services.

About you:

• 4-Year degree and experience in leading teams in an operational setting
• Ability to multi task in a fast-paced environment through multiple projects and details
• A proven track record for leading teams, developing others, and managing performance
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to think critically and strategize both short and long term plans
• Flexibility to work variable shifts as needed in a 24/7 environment
